Thanks for the positive feedback Aboed! Currently I’m not reviewing established brands, my website is only focused on Chinese earphones. But I think it’s very interesting to compare the Chinese brands to the known brands. I will think about it!

In terms of sound quality the QKZ DM7 is a bit warmer. The KZ Ate does have a deeper bass. If your a basshead go for the KZ Ate. The design and comfort of the QKZ DM7 are better (smaller earbuds).

Ravi, thanks for sharing your advice with using the Comply T-200 tips. I will definitely check this out!
Do you use these tips for most of your earphones or only to specific ones in order to “tweak” the sound? Can you share some of the main benefits of these tips? Really curious about those tips!

    Thanks for your comment Coil.
Is a warm sound signature also the signature you prefer?

Skysurfer, Unfortunately I currently do not own the KZ ZS5 so I can’t compare them. I’ve heard from several people they found the KZ ZS6 slightly better. For the the soundstage and bass of the KZ ZS6 is really good!

Selcuk, this version is the Hybrid version. I currently do not have the beryllium version. I will order the beryllium version as well to make a good comparison!

For me the KZ ZS6 sound really good. The high’s don’t produce a lot of hsss for me, but I think this is really personal.
I recommend to also check out other earphones besides the Rock Zircon’s, check out my other reviews (e.g. Urbanfun Hifi).
Is there is a specific sound signature you prefer?

Cable noise is low, because the Cable is very light. I use them also in the gym and running. These are still my number 1 in-ears.. you really should get them!

Thanks for your feedback HUH. Well, as I described that the Urbanfun Hifi’s provide a studio monitor sound, which is more likely an uncolored sound. I must admit that the high’s are a bit higher than average uncolored sounding earphones. Despite the high’s, I think they represent really a studio-monitor sound. If you compare them to really V-shaped earphones (Rock Zircon, Sennheiser Momentum M2 In-Ear), these are more uncolored.
